Insurance & Payment Options

Dental Insurance

We are contracted with most major dental insurance providers and are happy to help you understand and maximize your benefits.

To ensure a smooth experience, please email or fax your dental and/or medical insurance information along with your New Patient Paperwork at least two business days before your appointment. This allows our team to verify your coverage and prepare a detailed benefits breakdown so there are no surprises.

If treatment is recommended, we'll provide a detailed treatment plan outlining estimated insurance coverage and your out-of-pocket portion due at the time of service. Be sure to bring your dental benefit card to your visit.

Please note: Your insurance contract is between you and your provider. While our office will assist with claims and benefit coordination, final financial responsibility rests with the patient.
